When Seoul-based Hashed—one of the world’s largest Web3 funds—decided to bet big on India, the team needed more than a satellite office. They needed a stand-alone identity that felt native to the sub-continent yet fluent in the global crypto vernacular. Enter Lazy Eight.

Our strategy anchored on a single idea: build blocks, not buzz. The new mark fuses a hashtag and a block-grid—visual shorthand for on-chain rails and community signal. A disciplined monochrome palette lets one infra-red accent do the talking, while modular grids and numeric type cues echo block heights and gas metrics. Motion is subtle but constant: interface glyphs hover, decks breathe, reports paginate like a ledger in sync.

The digital layer is headless and head-fast. We shipped a lean Gatsby build that loads in <1 s on tier-2 bandwidth, renders token metrics on-chain, and scales from deal memos to ecosystem reports without code bloat. Investor decks, research books and event signage all cascade from the same design tokens—so the brand looks as coherent at ETH Dubai as it does at a Bengaluru hackerhouse.

Result: Hashed Emergent now stands as Asia’s sharpest Web3 thesis in visual form—minimal, modular and permanently in beta, exactly like the future it funds.
