The ambition was to build a fine casual Italian brand that could expand to new cities, earn global recognition and still retain the warmth that defined its earliest evenings. Lazy Eight joined to elevate the brand without erasing its soul.
We refined the positioning from local trattoria to an India grown authority on fine casual Italian. The identity balances rustic authenticity with modern restraint. Terracotta, olive and wood smoke neutrals ground the palette, while a grain textured wordmark and subtle motion cues reference flour bursts and torn basil. The system extends across menus, signage and the Evoo Pasta Lab, allowing new concepts to emerge without diluting the core brand.
Digital completes the experience. A booking led website pairs cinematic food imagery with fast, mobile friendly checkout, while social templates make each new dish instantly shareable.
