Rechitta®

Rechitta was conceived in response to the speed and fragmentation of Dubai’s primary real estate market, where launches, pricing, inventory, and regulatory updates move faster than most platforms can reliably track. The opportunity was to create a single, always-on source of truth trained exclusively on verified developer data, serving developers, brokers, and buyers with equal clarity.

The mandate was to design infrastructure, not another listing portal. Trust erodes quickly in real estate when information diverges, and Rechitta needed to reduce briefing burden for developers while increasing confidence for brokers and buyers. The system had to feel authoritative and current, work across roles, languages, and devices, and replace fragmented coordination with a coherent, disciplined experience.

Our work focused on building Rechitta end to end as an integrated system. Narrative, brand, and visual language were shaped alongside product design, with UI and UX prioritising immediacy, clarity, and confidence over exploration or novelty. The platform was designed so developers update once, while inventory, pricing, and project context remain consistent across the ecosystem through a conversational, verification-led interface.

The result is an AI-native real estate platform that operates as infrastructure rather than a marketplace, unifying data and restoring trust in one of the world’s fastest-moving property markets. For Lazy Eight, the engagement reinforced a principle that holds across AI products: when intelligence is paired with clarity and disciplined experience design, trust becomes the fastest path to adoption.
