The Hiraco Group has cut stones for the world and harnessed the sun; its next frontier was India’s premium property market. A new vertical needed a name and face that could stand alone, yet still nod to six decades of trust. Enter Lazy Eight.

We treated the brief as a dual-mandate: birth a zero-to-one brand and channel a legacy ethos in the same stroke. Strategy sessions clarified the promise—clarity, craft, future-proof engineering—then we distilled it into a single emblem: a forward-leaning “H” that also reads as a pitched roof.

The identity cascades cleanly—print grids, UI skeletons, construction-site signage—so every touchpoint speaks one language, from investor decks to on-site way-finding. A modular design system lets future projects plug in without rework, and a headless web build showcases plots with cinematic calm instead of brochure clutter.

Hiraco Realty now operates as a confident, stand-alone developer—rooted in a diamond-grade reputation, aimed squarely at tomorrow’s skylines. Proof that a heritage group can launch a fresh vertical with the speed and clarity of a start-up—if the brand system is engineered right from day one.
