A fort for founders building the next India.

Long-time angels Abhimanyu Bisht and Kavit Sutariya wanted to turn a decade of personal bets into an institutional, future-focused VC firm. They asked Lazy Eight to give that thesis a name, face and launch plan fit for a 20-year horizon.

We built Capfort from a blank slide. The mark riffs on a stylised fort: stability, defence, vantage. Collage visuals splice Indian craft textures with avant-tech imagery, signalling a bridge between heritage and what’s next. The system scales from LP decks to demo-day banners without losing edge.

The website pairs founder-friendly storytelling with LP-grade data rooms, making the fund’s conviction clear in a single scroll. Capfort now shows up with the same clarity it asks of its portfolio: rooted, radical, ready for the long game.
